Apron Strings was born out of a passion for scrapbooking and an off hand
comment made while cropping. A couple “were you serious about starting
a business” emails later and here we are. We are sisters who reside less
than two miles from one another in the western suburbs of Denver,
Colorado. Kathy is a stay-at-home-mom has been married since 1995. Lori
has been married since 1989 and is also a stay-at-home-mom. Together we
have over 20 years of scrapbooking experience.
We believe that scrapbooking is a fabulous way to document your life
to share with current and future family members. It’s also a great way
for women to get together for some personal time. However, it can be an
overwhelming hobby, what with finding the time, finding the supplies and
being creative when either, a) you don’t think you are or b) you’re just
to tired to be. It shouldn’t be that way. Scrapbooking is about connecting
with your memories and sharing them. Apron Strings was created to help
put the fun back into scrapbooking. We founded Apron Strings to help families
connect through scrapbooks by taking out all the hard parts and leaving
you with the fun. We provide you with all the coordinated products, ideas
and inspiration; you just add your photos.
